Challenge #46

Welcome back,  time for another challenge!!!  Wow, there were so many wonderful entries last week, we had such a hard time selecting a winner!  We hope everyone is keeping warm:)

This week's  Challenge #46 is "Any Occasion (must use Polka Dots)"!!! Our DesignTeam did an awesome job providing inspiration!!!  So, create a project and post by Sunday, January 22nd, 11:59PM (EST).
