Challenge# 23

Hello, welcome back!  We have a new Design team, returning designers and loads of fun!  So thanks so such for all the well wishes you left!  So, we are ready to get started again.  Just a reminder that we have a Block Party Cricut Cart, thanks Kristen, up for grabs this month:)  Welcome to our new followers!!!

Okay, now on to Challenge #23. The theme this week is "Any Occasion (blue and white)"!!!! Ready, set, GO!!!!! This week Design Team #1 kicks off the new term. Create a card, layout or project and post by Sunday, July 31st, 11:59pm (EST).
